At age 16, life took an unexpected turn…

I FELL ILL with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, among other things – leaving me BED-RIDDEN for 2 years! 

However… fate intervened when I met a wizard of a doctor who introduced me to all things integrative and holistic.

Energy medicine (the foundation to my Integrative Therapies) is based on quantum physics.

Everything in the universe is made of energy, including you. Just like every radio station has a unique frequency, so does every person. Using my skills and training, I can tune into your unique energy frequency to help you heal.

Think of it like making a phone call or sending an email. With the right information and skills, I can connect with you no matter where you are. This allows me to access the information needed to conduct your session and support your healing journey.

Neuromuscular Biofeedback is a technique I use working with your muscle responses to find out what areas of your body need healing. I will gently touch your arm or wrist and ask questions, observing how your muscles react to get information about imbalances in your body. This helps guide the healing process.

Firstly, we have a chat and go over  your pre-filled Intake Form. After which, you lie down fully clothed on a massage table, or if you are in the comfort of your own home, simply relax and get comfy.

Secondly, I connect to your energetic body by using a range of methods such as Neuromuscular Biofeedback, and Intuition as well as guiding you through sequential questioning to gather all information required for your session.

Once all necessary information is gathered, we facilitate the body in finding balance through a range of hand positions and tapping procedures.

For years, I had been trying to get rid of the water retention in my legs, without success. When Marzia came over to work on my dog, I asked her whether she could help me out. Marzia was right down to the point with her questions, summed me up better than I could have ever done. To cut a long story short – my long and very well kept secrets came out into the open, just like that and so naturally. Even those that I was not even aware of myself! BodyTalk is a holistic healthcare system that integrates Western medicine with Eastern philosophies, such as acupuncture, yoga, and Chinese medicine, to address the whole person. It focuses on rebalancing the body’s energy systems for improved health and well-being.

 

During a session, you will typically lie on a treatment table fully clothed. I will use light touch and tapping techniques while following the guidance provided by your body through biofeedback. Sessions usually last between 30 to 60 minutes.

No special preparation is needed. Wear comfortable clothing and come with an open mind. 🙂
